Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days.

During busy launches, promotions, or holiday periods, please allow a little extra time.

UK Delivery

Standard UK delivery usually arrives within 2 to 5 working days after dispatch.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Notes

Please make sure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details.

Courier delays may occasionally happen due to weather, strikes, or high demand periods.

Returns

We want you to feel confident ordering from Dorado Pockets.

Changed Your Mind

If you would like to return an unused item, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • Free from marks, odours, or damage
  • In original packaging where possible

Return postage costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos where possible.

We will review the issue and offer a fair solution, which may include:

  • Repair
  • Refund

Non Returnable Items

For hygiene and fairness, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used wearable items
  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Items damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and checked, approved refunds are usually processed within 5 working days to the original payment method.
